Magisterial probe begins into death of tribal youth in Mhow

A magisterial probe has started into alleged killing of a tribal youth in Mhow during a protest over suspicious death of a young woman. The probe is being conducted by ADM Ajaydeo Sharma and he has been asked to submit the report to state government within 15 days. A public appeal has been made, as part of the probe, asking people having any information or those wanting to record their statements related to the case appear before the ADM by March 27.

INDORE: A magisterial probe has started into alleged killing of a tribal youth in Mhow during a protest over suspicious death of a young woman. The probe is being conducted by ADM Ajaydeo Sharma and he has been asked to submit the report to state government within 15 days. On Friday, BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya visited deceased’s house in Madhopura village.

After talking to family members and assuring them of all possible help by government, Vijayvargiya talked to media and said that if any policeman was found guilty, they would be booked and strict action would be taken against them. He said that deceased's father Madan was a party worker and BJP stood with him and the whole family.
Local Congress leaders said that Nath would visit Mhow to meet deceased’s family members on Saturday.
Indore Youth Congress members led by city president Rameez Khan took out a march from DAVV’s Takshila Campus to Tantya Mama Bhil (Bhawarkua) Square on Friday evening, protesting against police booking deceased tribal youth.
