Woman found injured near Jam Gate

Khargone: A woman was found injured near Jam Gate under Mandleshwar police station area of Khargone district on Friday afternoon.Khargone SP Dharmaraj Meena told TOI that a 40-year-old woman was found sitting by roadside near Jam Gate in injured condition. She was taken to Community Health Centre Mandleshwar for treatment.He said that the woman had come to her maternal home in Bedia. On Friday, her husband, a resident of Gwalior who works in Indore, asked her to come to Indore. She was, however, found off Bedia to Indore route, the SP said. Her slippers and stole were found 25 meters away at an ashram in proper condition. The SP said that CCTV camera footage showed that the woman was going on a two-wheeler with a young man. The police are looking for him."Her jewellery is safe, but she is not able to say anything at the moment. It appears as if she had slipped while rushing to somewhere in a hurry," he said.
