ICICI Lombard records 62% growth in retail health insurance

INDORE: During the past one year, ICICI Lombard non-life insurance company recorded a growth of 62% in retail health insurance sector.
"We are hopeful of registering a growth of 60% on the front during the next two-three years," said Amit Bhandari, vice president-health underwriting claims, who was present at the occasion to announce the launch of Complete Health Insurance, a unique and flexible health insurance solution.
The company's data reveal that the highest number of claims received from Indore is for diseases such as fever, typhoid and cataract, he added.
