Brother-sister booked for forcing a woman to sex

INDORE: A brother-sister duo has been booked for forcing a 23-year-old woman into sexual acts.
The victim said that her sister-in-law Gayatri Solanki and her brother Jitendra Solanki were forcing and threatening her to have sexual relationship with Jitendra.
Banganga police have booked the duo under IPC sections 376 and 109.
According to police, the duo threatened to book her family in fake dowry case if she refused.
It all started from January when the accused took the victim to Jitendra’s rented accommodation near Sheetal Nagar.
The victim in her complaint stated that Gayatri locked her inside a room with her brother who sexually exploited her. When the victim screamed for help, Jitendra threatened her of dire consequences. The accused exploited her repeatedly since then.
Fed up, the victim woman mustered courage and approached Banganga police on Wednesday along with her mother.
Banganga police station incharge, Yogesh Singh Tomar said that a case has been registered and investigations are under way.
