Body building competition held at Military College of Telecommunications Engineering

MHOW: NkAbhijeet was awarded the title of Mr MCTE at the body building competition organized at Iyappa Hall of Military College of Telecommunications Engineering (MCTE) in Mhow on Saturday evening. Signalman Umesh UK and HavAnil Kumar were declared the first and second runners up. The programme was organized as part of the 103rd Corps Day celebrations of the corps of signals.
Such a body building competition has been organized for the first time in the history of MCTE. Two accomplished body builders of the corps Aziz Khan and RC Pradhan displayed their skills in front of the audience to promote body building amongst the jawans. There were three rounds in the competition viz. symmetry round, comparison round and musical round. MCTE commandant Lt Gen Rajesh Pant was the chief guest of the programme who presented the victory band to Nk Abhijeet. Cipher wing commander Col Murlidharan K was the chief judge while Lt Col Suresh Nath, Maj Mohd Sharif, Maj Singh, Subedar Pahlad Singh and Sub Sahu were the judges. Lt Col Dipak Roy conducted the programme.
