30-yr-old bizman found dead with gunshot injury

Indore: A 30-year-old businessman was found dead with body being drenched in a blood on the ground floor of his house in Maruti Nagar under Heera Nagar police station after putting a status on Whatsapp. The incident took place on Thursday afternoon. The police received information about it at 2.30 pm, when one of his friends went to his house after seeing his Whatsapp status and found him dead, police said. Heera Nagar police station in-charge Pappulal Sharma said, “The police team found a man identified as Aditya Sharma soaked in blood with a pistol and a round alongside on the ground floor of his house.” "The body has a gunshot injury on his head," said Sharma. “His friend was first to see the body and informed family members and police. The friend who lives nearby went to meet Aditya after seeing his status,” said Sharma. Aditya runs hotel in city and usually resides on ground floor while other family members live on first floor of the house. He is unmarried, police said. “The man was survived by mother and brother who lived with him. At the time of the incident, they were in their room on the first floor. They didn’t hear the gunshot,” said Sharma. “Police didn’t find any suicide note. The body has been sent for post-mortem exam and police seized pistol, round and mobile phone sending it for post mortem examination. The pistol is not licensed,” said Sharma. TNN
