3 women jewel thieves caught in act

INDORE: Breaking the stereotype image of male jewel thieves, on Wednesday, three female thieves were caught in the act of stealing jewellery from Rajkumar Jewellers in Tukoganj area of the city. Their two male associates managed to run away with silver jewellery weighing around 250 grams. The three women accused were identified as Sunita Sisodia (25), Suman Sisodai (40) and Premlata Sisodia (30) wife of Ajay Sisodia. All three are residents of Dewas district.“Having entered the store to buy anklet, the three women along with their two male associates, tried to run away with three to four boxes of jewellery. However, they were caught by the staff. The incident took place at 3pm and FIR was registered at Tukoganj police station by the owner of the jewellery store Rajkumar Soni,” said constable Sanjiv Kumar.
