20-year-old banned district limits for six months

Indore: A 20-year-old man identified as Rohan Kadam, was ordered to leave Indore for six months after authorities assessed him as a threat to public order due to his alleged involvement in repeated criminal activity.Pardeshipura police station in charge RD Kanwa said the action was taken under provisions of the Madhya Pradesh State Security Act, with the police commissioner directing that he remain out of the limits of urban and rural Indore along with the adjoining border districts for the duration of the ban. Officials said the order aims to break the pattern of offences attributed to him and prevent further disturbances in the locality.The Pardesipura police team reached Tapu Nagar soon after receiving the directive and made a loudspeaker announcement to ensure the entire neighbourhood was aware of the restrictions placed on him.
