Those suspended are Snehlata Jonathan and Orion Michael. ANM Kusum Khan has been served a show cause notice for the death of Meena. Hospital in charge Dr H R Verma confirmed the action against the two.
Their duties were given to other staff. After suspension of three gynecologists in June this year on Rural Health Mission state director M Geetha's directions, the hospital is facing a crisis.
Sources in hospital are of the view the hospital, where a large number of delivery operations were being performed earlier, has become a referral centre.
