Veerashaiva Lingayats felicitated

hyderabad: the ap veerashaiva lingayat federation on sunday felicitated local body representatives belonging to the community at veerashaiva vidyavardhaka hostel at narayanaguda. the federation has honoured two zilla parishad chairpersons, 10 zptcs, 25 mptcs, 56 sarpanches, and 10 municipal councillors. among others, medak zilla parishad chairperson sunita patil and bodhan municipal chairperson sunita desai were felicitated.addressing the felicitation meet, mla babu mohan said the community representatives should strive for the propagation of basavanna's teachings and render services to the poor, irrespective of caste, creed or gender.
