Two drug peddlers held

Hyderabad: Two interstate drug peddlers were arrested by Special Operations Team sleuths of Rajendranagar on Monday. SOT sleuths seized three litres of hashish oil along with 28 kilo ganja, all worth ₹10 lakh. Police arrested, Jonna Swamy and Gollu Kumar Swamy, peddlers from Alluri Seetaramaraju district in Andhra Pradesh at Aramgarh X roads. The accused were earlier arrested by AP police in possession of 180 kilo ganja. After nine months in jail, they were released in February 2023. The duo procured the contraband from Narsipatnam area of AP and came to Hyderabad to sell it. tnn
