Two brothers drown while taking bath

HYDERABAD: Two boys drowned when they went to bathe in a water body in Bachupally on Sunday.
At about 2.30 pm, the victims, Sohail (13) and Shoaib (12) of Shapurnagar went to Bachupally to fix their cycle’s flat tyre, after which they went to a water body located near Jitepeer Dargah in Bachupally for taking bath. “The boys did not know how to swim and they accidentally ventured towards the deeper side of the waters and drowned,” Dundigal police said.Locals, who were washing clothes on the other side of it, noticed the boys missing and they searched for the duo under the water. “The boys were finally located and pulled out of the water body. However, they were already dead by then,” the police added.
