TRS takes issue against Siddipet BJP candidate's caste politics

HYDERABAD: TRS lodged a complaint with CEO Rajat Kumar against the BJP candidate from Siddipet alleging that he indulged in caste politics. TRS general secretary M Sreenivas Reddy said the BJP candidate, Naini Narottham Reddy, was urging voters belonging to the Reddy community to vote for the BJP. He also provided a video clipping of the speech that Narottham Reddy had made.Irrigation minister T Harish Rao is the TRS candidate from Siddipet.
Recently, Naini Narottham Reddy also made a statement against Harish Rao alleging that the minister was making caste groups take an oath that they would vote only for him. The complaint claimed that the BJP candidate was leveling personal criticism against Harish Rao. tnn
