HYDERABAD: The
SIT interrogation
of actor Tanish in relation to the Tollywood
Drugs Case
ended on Monday. Speaking to the media after the interrogation Tanish said that the interrogation went well and he answered the questions posed by SIT.
Tanish requested the media to telecast the information related to the case in a decent manner so that it doesn't hurt his family. According to the sources Tanish was questioned about his relationship with Navdeep, Kelvin and Jeeshan Ali and also about his frequent visits to Bangkok.
As a child, Tanish acted in as many as 20 films. Presently, he is playing a key role in Nakshatram being directed by
Krishna Vamsi.
About 15 celebrities were served notices to appear before the
Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the excise department for questioning.
Apart from Tanish, the SIT has so far questioned 10 film celebrities.
Director Puri Jagannadh, cinematographer Shyam K Naidu, actor P Subbaraju of Baahubali fame, actors Ravi Teja, Tarun, Navdeep, Charmee Kaur, Mumaith Khan, art director Chinna are some who faced SIT interrogation.
The 1st phase of interrogation will end tomorrow with the questioning of actor Nandu.
