HYDERABAD: The Cyberabad police on Sunday arrested three persons allegedly involved in the murder of N Mohan, 40, at Sairamnagar in Kapra of Rangareddy district on December 13.

HYDERABAD: The Cyberabad police on Sunday arrested three persons allegedly involved in the murder of N Mohan, 40, at Sairamnagar in Kapra of Rangareddy district on December 13.
The arrested persons have been identified as K Mohan Rao, G Sunil Paul and Syed Riyazuddin. They were produced before the court on Monday. P Srinivas, the prime accused in the case, surrendered before the court on December 17, police said.
Investigations revealed that Mohan, a surrendered naxalite from Warangal district came to the city some time ago and settled in Uppal.

He has been doing real estate deals and also used to settle land disputes.
In the course of his business deals, he came in contact with Riyazuddin, a history-sheeter of Gandhinagar police station and builder. Some time back, the duo had started constructing a building in Padmaraonagar. However, differences cropped up betweeb the two.
Mohan contacted Srinivas, a hired killer and offered him Rs 2 lakh for killing Riyazuddin.
The latter, however, came to know about the deal and offered Srinivas Rs 4 lakh for killing Mohan. Subsequently, Srinivas and his brother P Ramesh, Mohan Rao and Sunil Paul killed Mohan. Police said Ramesh is still at large.
