Hyderabad: As temperatures soar across the city, the GMR Group provided a tent at the prayer site at RGI Airport (

wrote to the GMR Group seeking shelters for taxi drivers on Saturday.Taxi drivers and visitors at RGIA said that they were forced to offer prayers under the scorching sun as the parking lots lack shelters and other facilities to help them beat the summer heat.“At least 1,000 to 1,500 Muslim drivers gather at one place to offer Friday prayers every week and hundreds of passengers and staff members also join them,” Salauddin tweeted. Taking note of his request, the GMR Group provided a tent at the prayer site.
