Telangana govt allots land to Esha Singh & Darshanam Mogiliah

HYDERABAD: The state government will come up with the best sports policy in the country, which will be placed before the cabinet in the next meeting, said sports minister Srinivas Goud.

The minister along with chief secretary Santhi Kumari handed over 600 sq yards house sites to shooter Esha Singh and Padma Shri awardee Kinnera player Darshanam Mogiliah at BRKR Bhavan on Thursday.

Few months ago chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao announced land sites to sports personalities and Padma awardees. The minister said the state is planning to develop sports hubs in every village and provide sports kits to youth. He said coaches will be appointed wherever necessary.
