K Chandrasekhar Rao
spoke to leader of the opposition in
Andhra Pradesh assembly, YSR CP leader
YS Jaganmohan Reddy on phone and wished him speedy recovery after the leader was attacked by a man at Vizag airport.
After the attack,
Jagan was admitted to a hospital in Hyderabad for treatment.
KCR enquired from Jaganmohan Reddy about the incident and advised him to take enough rest. He also enquired about the medication he was receiving.
IT minister KT Rama Rao too condemned the attack on Jagan. The minister wished Jagan speedy recovery and said those involved in the attack should be severely punished.
Nizamabad MP Kavitha Kalvakuntla in her reaction said: “The attack on YS Jaganmohan Reddy is despicable and cowardly. I strongly condemn it and oppose any culture of violence in politics. I wish him speedy recovery.”
