Addressing a press conference, Rangareddy district superintendent of police M V Ramachandra Raju said the gang mastered the technique of removing the window grills to gain entry into houses to commit robberies. The SP said the gang was involved in 32 robberies, 6 dacoities wherein they assaulted the inmates, 66 burglaries and four thefts in the district during the last one year. Ramachandra Raju pointed out that in several cases, the offenders managed to enter the houses through rear doors, because they were not bolted properly.
