Techie crashes car into hut, 2 migrants crushed
HYDERABAD: Two people died and two more were injured after a drunk IT professional crashed his car into a roadside hut at Vanasthalipuram late on Tuesday night.
The deceased were identified as Bhavya Singh (34) and Eshwar Rao (30), while Ram Singh and Maan Singh suffered minor injuries. The four, all migrants from Rajasthan, were running a roadside garments stall near
IT professional V Teja Reddy, 29, a resident of Hayatanagar, lost control over his Renault Scala car and crashed into the hut.
"After closing their stall, the four were sleeping right next to it in a small hut. The car ran over two of them. Bhavya died on the spot, while Eshwar succumbed while undergoing treatment," Vanasthalipuram inspector P Narender said.

In another accident, a 16-year-old girl died after being hit by a speeding Tata Ace at Thumkunta village. Tata Ace driver K Rajshekhar and his brother-in-law Venkatesh also suffered severe injuries and said to be in ICU.
R Bhargavi, an Intermediate second year student, along with her elder sister, R Shirisha (20), who was riding the scooter, and her grandmother R Lachhamma, 65, were travelling from Lalapet to Siddipet.
"The Tata Ace driver dashed into their scooter. Bhargavi fell and suffered severe head injury and died on the spot. Tata Ace then hit a lorry," Shamirpet inspector Bhaskar Reddy said. Rajshekar was carrying eight people in the vehicle while travelling from Vanasthalipuram to Karimnagar.

(BAC) was 110 mg/100 ml (permissible limits is 30mg/100ml), police booked him under sections 304 (A) (causing death by negligence), 337 (Causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others), 190 (abetment) of the IPC and Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
