West MLA D Vinay Bhaskar on Monday visited the house of the minor rape victim, who committed suicide last week.
They assured the girl’s grandmother of support. Errabelli said CM KCR has expressed concern over the heinous crime. “The government will take action against the accused through fast-track courts, and strengthen She teams for protection of women,” he said.
“It is sad that three days after death sentence was given to a rapist, another incident took place in the town,” he added. Vinay Bhaskar appealed to the police to file a chargesheet immediately and said the government will ensure support to family. — Shiva Kumar Pinna
