“Since I was breathing life into the characters, through every chapter, I was sad when I finished writing the book. I hope their journey continues to live,“ said Shandilya.
An MBA graduate, Shandilya first took to writing as a hobby.
“My next book will revolve around my father. The book tells his tale, right from the days when he thought he would never want to attend school to being a recognized IPS officer,“ she added. Shandilya has already penned more than 150 pages of her next book.

in life.It also narrates tales that are similar to stories one hears in today's world, where people are too focussed on their careers and do not realize that they need togetherness for their love to grow,“ said Shandilya. “Interestingly, the book contains four songs.
