Sleaze dance at birthday party, three arrested

HYDERABAD: On Saturday night, police conducted a raid on a farmhouse in Jalpally as there was loud noise, and found five women, allegedly semi-nude, dancing in a birthday party.


Three men were arrested, and cops rescued the women.

Pahadishareef police said that it was the birthday party of one Hameed Khan. He had roped in few girls from Kolkata and Odisha and made them dance semi-nude. Few of Hameed’s friends were also in the party.

“As there was loud noise, a police party that was passing by went inside and saw the women dancing semi-nude. On seeing the police, Hameed and his friend fled,” said a police officer about the incident.

From the location, three other people— Riyaz, Mohammed, Imran and Mohammed Ghouse— were nabbed. Police also seized

equipment from the party.

After rescuing the women, a case was registered against the accused under Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act (PITA) and other relevant sections of the

Indian Penal Code
