HYDERABAD: The state government on Sunday effected a major reshuffle of IAS officers, transferring and posting 64 of them.

HYDERABAD: The state government on Sunday effected a major reshuffle of IAS officers, transferring and posting 64 of them.
Some officers like S V Prasad and Satish Chandra, who were sidelined in the past staged a comeback. The government has also appointed two IAS officers for the Krishna and Godavari basins exclusively. Nine districts got new collectors.

The government has created a new post for remote and interior area development and posted principal secretary (IT) J C Mohanty there.
Krishna collector K Prabhakar Reddy joins the peshi as additional secretary.
