HYDERABAD: BJP state chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Tuesday warned that party activists will not spare the TRS for harassing RSS pracharak and BJP general secretary (organisation) BL Santhosh in the Poachgate case and alleged a conspiracy behind the notice sent to him by the SIT.
Addressing the first state executive meeting after the Munugode bypoll, an emotional Sanjay said: "He is a selfless pracharak relentlessly working for the country. He is neither MLA nor MP. He has no business outside the county, no big bank accounts. He is a patriot. BJP rank and file will not spare TRS."
"Who are these people who are taking names of Santhosh in these videos? They don't have any stature, they don't have anything to do with BJP. Chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is afraid because TRS leaders are being investigated for corruption and so he has cooked up Poachgate to tarnish the image of our leaders," Sanjay said. Urging people to give BJP a chance in the state, he said, "All parties in the state were given a chance. Give us one as well."
