Rival Kurnool TD leaders meet

kurnool: efforts are on to see that the rift in the various factions of the telugu desam party in the district does not get further widened. it may be recalled that the tdp groups in the district were unhappy over the cabinet reshuffle. the dissident leaders met here on saturday at a private function. it may be recalled that the rift between the groups further widened as allagadda mla shobha nagi reddy was not accommodated in the cabinet.shobha's husband and nandyal mp bhuma nagi reddy and her father s v subba reddy made several efforts to unite the dissident leaders and prevailed upon them not to take any hasty decisions. in an effort to unite the rival leaders, the party district convener somisetty venkateswarlu invited party leaders krishna murthy,mohan reddy, prabhakar and bhuma nagi reddy for the inauguration vasavi informatics, a computer education institute. although nagi reddy is in the dissident group, attended the function but left the venue before the meeting concluded. in his speech, nagi reddy did not mention the name of the chief minister chandrababu naidu even as others were busy appreciating naidu creating awareness among the people about computer education. former municipal vice chairman venkata ramaiah and vasavi informatics managing partner kishore kumar attended the function.
