As long as I have the support of those who believe in Hinduism and protection of cows, I don’t care about the others,” he said. "I am willing to give up life for protecting cows and also take life in that process," he said.
Raja Singh also took aim at the state BJP president G Kishan Reddy saying that the party was not growing in Telangana because of the leadership. “Kishan Reddy has done nothing to popularize the central government’s welfare schemes in the state. I have written to the party leadership to remove him from the post,” he said.
The BJP MLA’s outburst comes in the run up to the elections to the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation council that are scheduled to be held in the next month or so. The party is expected to have an uphill task in these polls.
