HYDERABAD: Based on a complaint given by Telangana Youth Congress president, Begum Bazar police registered a criminal case against an 'X' handle for allegedly morphing the photo of Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and outraging the modesty of women

"Recently, the All India Mahila Congress launched a drive to distribute sanitary pads in Bihar. The X user, in the post/photo reproduced the morphed Rahul's photo and placed it inside the sanitary pad thus clearly outraging the modesty of women," stated the FIR filed by J Shiva Charan Reddy, president, Telangana Youth Congress.
