The race for byelections picked up pace with 79 candidates filing their papers on Wednesday taking the total nominations to 141.
Prominent candidates who filed their papers include Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, Chadalawada Krishnamurthi, M Venkataramana, B Gurunatha Reddy, Kapu Ramachandra Reddy, B V Mohan Reddy, Bhuma Shobha Rani, G Srikanth Reddy, T Bala Raju, Dharmana Krishnadas, Bikshapati M and Konda Surekha.
