Prime Minister’s brother visits Chowmahalla Palace in Old City on Saturday
HYDERABAD: Prahlad Modi, brother of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said the happy faces that he saw in the city did not indicate of any difficulties related to currency availability.
He was speaking with reporters briefly after praying at the Bhagyalaxmi temple at Chaminar, which has become a part of his ritual when he visits the city. Prahlad Modi, was in the city on a private visit and also went to the Chow mohalla Palace and Salar Jung Museum.
At Charminar, he said there was a need to provide all the necessary facilities to national level players in hockey, football and cricket to encourage them.

“I prayed for the people and for prosperity of the country,“ he said.
Incidentally, Prahlad Modi's visit to the city coincided with the presence of Narendra Modi in the city who on Saturday addressed a conference of DGPs at the SVN National Police Academy.
