Politicians flay cops, cow vigilantes' high-handedness this Eid-ul-Azha
HYDERABAD: Days ahead of Eid-ul-Azha, popularly known as Bakrid, politicians and traders flagged incidents of high-handedness from cops and cow vigilante groups in the name of `cruelty to animals'.

(MBT) spokesperson Amjedullah Khan, several traders sought his intervention in the recent past after the cattle they were transporting got confiscated and later sent to goshalas. “These traders were not transporting cows.They were carrying oxen. I've come across at least half a dozen cases in the past few days. These incidents have been reported in and around Hyderabad and Bhongir. Some were from Suryapet and Khammam.
