Did cops arrest Allu Arjun from his bedroom? Hyderabad Police responds to viral claims

HYDERABAD: When cops were preparing to shift actor Allu Arjun into a police vehicle at his Jubilee Hills residence, the actor expressed his displeasure at police reportedly barging into his bedroom.

The actor was heard talking to ACP, Chikkadpally, L Ramesh Kumar. "There is nothing wrong in taking me. But coming towards my bedroom is a bit too much, sir. It is not correct," Arjun said to the ACP.

After the video of this conversation went viral, Hyderabad police gave a clarification. In the viral videos, the actor was seen holding a cup of coffee in his hand, sipping it and smiling before leaving for the police station.

"The issue that police personnel misbehaved with actor is not true. When police reached his residence, he requested some time. He went inside his bedroom, cops waited outside and took him into custody when he came out. There was no use of force or misbehaviour with him. He was given enough time and he came out and entered our vehicle," police said.
