HYDERABAD: The high court on Thursday heard inconclusively the arguments pertaining to two petitions, one seeking President's rule in the state due to a 'collapse of the system' and another urging court to restrain PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana from discharging his duties as minister because of his 'involvement' in the liquor syndicate scam. Senior counsel S Ramachandra Rao is arguing the case on behalf of E Giri Yadav of Hyderabad, the petitioner in both the cases.
