Phone tapping: Police record statment of Tripura guv’s PA

Hyderabad: Police on Friday recorded the statement of personal assistant of the Tripura governor Indrasena Reddy as part of the investigation into the alleged phone tapping during the BRS regime.During the probe, the investigators came to know that the then intelligence sleuths allegedly tapped the phones of Indrasena Reddy and his PA Narasimha. In this connection, Narasimha was called to record the statement. Earlier, the investigators found that the Intelligence Bureau had allegedly tapped the phones of opposition leaders, businessmen and others.
