Oscar winner to chair education meeting in Hyderabad

Oscar-winning film producer David Puttnam, who is also the Chairman of Nord Anglia Education (NAE) advisory board, will chair the first education advisory board meeting of NAE in India at Oakridge International School, Hyderabad on Wednesday.

HYDERABAD: Oscar-winning film producer David Puttnam, who is also the Chairman of Nord Anglia Education (NAE) advisory board, will chair the first education advisory board meeting of NAE in India at Oakridge International School, Hyderabad on Wednesday.
Puttnam will also interact with a select group of students from Oakridge on relevant topics. Members of the advisory board will meet the Oakridge leadership team and interact with students across different grades.
“We are proud to be hosting the first visit to India of the NAE Advisory Board.

The meeting will be at Oakridge International School, Bachupally and they will also visit Oakridge International School, Gachibowli,” said Terry Creissen, Managing Director, Nord Anglia India.
“Our schools are equipping students to be global citizens today and the change-makers of tomorrow. I am delighted that our Education advisory board supports us in achieving this, offering insight and experience to help shape the education of every Nord Anglia student,” Creissen added.
Earlier this year Oakridge International School, with a presence in four cities in India, became part of the NAE family of schools.
