"only educated people are able to understand the advantage of the web. many candidates are refusing to use the net saying that nobody in their respective divisions has access to the net," said portal editor b anand vardhan. the portal has already hosted the profile of mbt mayoral candidate dr khayam khan,some of the contestants for wards and is planning to host the profiles of congress candidate d nagender and tdp candidate teegala krishna reddy in the next two days. launched by spacemedia networks, the portal charges each candidates a nominal fee to host their details.
