No govt nod to Sharmila to hold fast

Hyderabad: YSRTP chief YS Sharmila, on Sunday, slammed the Telangana police for having denied her permission to hold a one day fast at Indira Park, demanding BRS government to create more jobs. “KCR government is suppressing the voice of the youth and their concerns. This is not a protest by just Sharmila or her party but the common anguish of youth and their issues, not granting us permission is nothing but autocracy, youth will not spare you and will defeat you in the next election,” Sharmila stated.“How ridiculous is that traffic has become an excuse for not granting permission for the fast. Was traffic not an obstruction for BRS meetings,” the YSRTP chief quipped.She said that YSRTP will continue fight for the cause of people and youth of Telangana.
