HYDERABAD: The duo arrested in the Mecca masjid blast case told a local court here on Wednesday that they will not undergo polygraph and narco-analysis tests.
Under heavy security cover, Devender Gupta and
Lokesh Sharma, the accused in the 2007 Mecca Masjid blast case, were produced before the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court in Nampally.
The magistrate asked the duo whether they had agreed to undergo polygraph and narco tests proposed by the CBI.
Devender Gupta and Lokesh Sharma told the judge that they have not agreed to undergo the tests, CBI counsel T V Venkata Ramana said.
The court then extended the judicial custody of the duo for 14 more days and posted the case for Thursday.
