Telangana: Man ends life after wife refuses to return

HYDERABAD: A 23-year-old labourer in

Keesara

limits hanged himself allegedly after his

wife

refused to return to the city from

Prakasam district

of AP due to the rise in

coronavirus cases

here.

Katta Rambabu, who hails from Prakasam district, settled in Hyderabad for work a month ago and was staying in a rented house with his brother’s family. However, his wife and children stayed back in AP.

When he asked his wife to move to the city to work with him, she refused saying that Covid-19 cases are rising in Hyderabad. Upset, the victim allegedly hanged himself on the terrace of the building.

suicide

note was found. He was rushed to a hospital but was declared brought dead. A case was registered.
