on Friday said the Congress has practically given up hope on its chances in the Lok Sabha elections and the TRS would win in all the constituencies in the state.

when the latter filed his nomination from Medak seat. Reddy is seeking re-election from this seat.

Addressing a press conference, Harish Rao said Prabhakar Reddy would win with the biggest margin in Medak. He further pointed out that Gajwel assembly constituency, which is represented by chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, would soon get a railway line. "For Telangana to get funds from the Centre, it is important for the TRS to win from 16 of the total 17 constituencies in the state," he said.

Nizamabad MP Kavitha Kalvakuntla, who is seeking a re-election, also filed her nomination papers on Friday. She was accompanied by her husband D Anil Kumar. TRS candidate Gaddam Ranjith Reddy also filed his nomination from Chevella Lok Sabha seat.
