Key Telangana Congress strategy meet tomorrow

Hyderabad: Top leaders of Telangana Congress, its working committee members, district unit presidents and members of Pradesh Congress Committee will be meeting to discuss the strategy to be adopted in Telangana especially after the party’s victory in Karnataka.
All India Congress Committee in charge of Telangana Manikrao Thakre will be participating in the meeting to be held on Monday.
The meeting will review the Congress activities taken up in the last few months in connection with TSPSC and SSC paper leak issue, farmers not getting the government-promised compensation for crops damaged due to hailstorms and other issues.
“Another main issue on the agenda of the meeting is to chalk out programmes to celebrate Telangana state formation day on a grand scale and how to expose the BRS government’s failure to fulfil its promises till date, some of them promised in 2014 elections,” said a senior Congress leader.
