HYDERABAD: Principal special judge of special CBI court BR Madhusudan Rao allowed the pleas of AP chief minister YS
Jaganmohan Reddy and YSRCP MP V Vijayasai Reddy to exempt them from appearing before the court on Friday in the cases filed by CBI against them.
In his plea filed through his advocate, the AP chief minister cited his preoccupation with the visiting central minister.
The MP said he was tied up with work in Delhi. The judge exempted them from appearing for this week’s hearing and posted the case to November 22. The court had dismissed the plea of Jagan to allow his advocate represent him in all the future hearings under Sec-205 of CrPC.
