Inter supply results out; 69% pass in first year, 49% in second
Hyderabad: The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) on Thursday announced the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examination (IPASE) 2026 results, with the overall pass percentage standing at 68.84% for first year and 49.29% for second year (general and vocational streams combined).
A total of 3,98,459 students appeared for the supplementary examinations conducted from May 13 to 21 at 889 centres, while practical exams were held from May 22 to 25 at 33 centres. In the first year, 1,84,042 of 2,67,331 candidates passed, while in the second year 64,639 of 1,31,128 candidates cleared the exams. Girls outperformed boys, recording a 76.10% pass rate against 62.57% in first year and 52.56% against 47.45% in second year. The board also reported nine malpractice cases across both years.
