picture postcards

The Telangana Postal Circle, honouring these exquisite cuisines and designed all the mouth-watered items on ‘Picture on Postcards'. For the first time, in Hyderabad 400-year history, all these cuisine items appeared on postcards.
On Monday, the secretary,
India Post, Delhi, Pradipta Kumar Bisoi, released this ‘Picture Postcard,’ virtually from Delhi, in the presence of
Chief Postmaster General
, Telangana Circle, S Rajendra Kumar at Dak Sadan, in Hyderabad.
The secretary also released a book of ‘Telugu Varnamala (Telugu language alphabets) with Postage Stamps,’ too. This book can be used for learning Telugu by children and adults, too. It also contains Phonetic pronunciations guide, according to a senior Postal official, Hyderabad Postal Circle.
The book and Picture Postcards will be available for sale in the Philately Bureau at Hyderabad GPO and all
Head Post Offices
in the entire Telangana State from April 21, said the official.
