As per the complaint lodged under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the certificates that he had submitted at the time of joining the hospital in March 2017 included MBBS and internship certificates. “The hospital management including Sridhar Rao and Dr Ravi Kiran Reddy misused the certificates for getting hospital registration from district medical health officer (DMHO) Ranga Reddy without his consent or knowledge. Ms Jhansi who is not even a registered nurse has been treating patients in the name of doctor, have cheated and mistreated patients,” as per the complaint.
