HC to hear pleas on school fee hike today

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court on Wednesday will hear petitions urging state governments to regulate the fee structure in private schools and direct both the governments to take action against the managements of schools for collecting 'exorbitant' fees.
One of the petitions was filed by K Guru Murthy, an advocate, who sought the implementation of the RTE Act in this matter.The petitioners urged the court to vacate the stay orders that blocked the implementation of the GOs issued by the state governments.
