HC directive to PCB on pollution

hyderabad: justice r ramanujam of the high court directed the ap pollution control board authorities to ensure that the noise pollution levels near nalanda residential junior college in krishna district were maintained to the minimum so as not to disturb the students appearing for the ongoing intermediate examinations and preparing for eamcet. he was acting on a writ petition filed by one y sri rajalakshmi complaining that the trial production by the nearby industries satyakala power ltd and satyakala agro oil products was causing noise pollution and disturbing the students studying for the examinations.
