Goud visits Gymkhana stampede victims

Hyderabad: Sports minister Srinivas Goud on Sunday visited a private hospital in the city and enquired about the condition of people who were injured in the stampede at the Gymkhana Grounds on Thursday. The stampede was caused by the frenzy for tickets for the India-Australia T20I.The minister interacted with the injured - Ranjita, Sujatha, Alia Srikanth, Adityanath and Sai Karthik,and gave match tickets to them. He asked the officials concerned to take them to the stadium to watch the match. TNN
