"As a minister, I am only a policy maker and I will not get into the nitty-gritty of procedural aspects related to business rules, which is the job of bureaucrats," KTR reportedly told the investigators during his 7-hour questioning in the Formula E case.

Sources said KTR told investigators that he decided to make the govt host the Formula E 2nd edition after the original sponsor, Ace Nxt Gen, backed out as he intended to look for another sponsor once BRS returned to power after 2023 assembly polls.
