Hyderabad: Roads and buildings minister Vemula Prashant Reddy on Friday directed officials to finalise guidelines for auction-cum-sale of
Rajiv Swagruha flats. The prices for the sale should be fixed by considering its saleability in the open market. In a meeting with the officials and representatives of Knight Frank real estate consultants, the minister said there are a total of 3,716 flats in Rajiv Swagruha townships at Bandlaguda and Pocharam.
“Study the prevailing market rates in both the areas and fix the price of flats accordingly,” the minister directed. TNN
